Gearing up for your end of year exams? Our one-day A Level Physics exam technique course is a fantastic way to get up to speed.
During the course, our tutors – many of themselves professional examiners – will help students develop the knowledge and skills to maximise their marks and overcome the common challenges they can expect. They’ll learn the most effective ways to answer different types of question, from multiple choice, practical and calculation to those daunting high questions – which can be notoriously difficult to get right. In addition, our tutors will also assist students with their time management skills, ensuring they’re pacing themselves properly and not racing against the clock on exam day.
Students will leave this course feeling prepared and polished, ready to take on their A Level Physics Exam with confidence.

Classes are from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Registration starts from 9.15am.
There will be a 1 hour lunch break and a couple of 10 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon.

Yllka holds a degree in Physics and a PGCE in Physics with Maths, both of which she achieved from King’s College London. She discovered her passion for teaching while working in tuition centres across London, which only grew once she became a fully qualified teacher herself. Today she’s an experienced educator and has taught a wide variety of students from many different backgrounds.
Known for her friendly and approachable demeanour, Yllka has been tutoring online since the pandemic lockdowns. She enjoys using online tools and technology creatively to find fresh new ways to keep lessons engaging. Outside of teaching, Yllka enjoys baking sourdough bread, constructing Islamic patterns, and spending quality time with her two young daughters.

Afiya holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Sussex and a PGCE from the UCL Institute of Education. In addition to over 10 years of experience as a science teacher and tutor, she also works as a trainer for Google for Education and an examiner for various exam boards. If that wasn’t enough to keep her busy, she also produces content for revision courses and various science content creators.
Afiya believes in making physics accessible as a subject, adapting her engaging teaching style to the needs of each of her students. Her tech-enabled lessons focus on understanding key concepts, terminology, and exam technique – the ingredients for a top grade.

Peter is an Oxford University graduate. He holds two master’s degrees (including Computer Science), a BSc in Physics, and a PGCE in Secondary School Science. In addition to his academic achievements, he has 20 years of experience in programming and IT project management. Today, Peter is an experienced A Level Physics and Computer Science teacher, working at a further education college and tutoring privately.
Throughout his career, Peter has taught a wide range of students of all ability levels, many of whom have gone on to study at leading institutions. Whether he’s teaching physics or computer science, Peter believes that taking a practical, hands-on approach is the best way for students to learn – particularly when it comes to problem-solving. He also has a ‘no stupid questions’ policy, given that ‘stupid questions’ have led to some of the greatest scientific answers of our time.
Natalie holds a BA in Physics from the University of Oxford and has over a decade of experience working as a tutor. She teaches students up to and including A Level in physics, maths and further maths.
Natalie also has a wealth of experience preparing students for university applications, including Oxbridge admissions tests, interviews and personal statements. When she’s not tutoring full-time, Natalie is busy researching the impacts of private tuition on secondary students in the UK and internationally.
